A leading company in e-commerce is seeking a Digital Sales & Marketing Executive to manage online operations across platforms like TikTok and Shopee. The role involves overseeing product listings, promotions, and customer engagement while analyzing market trends to drive sales. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in relevant fields and experience in e-commerce, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
● Responsible for operational and administrative activities in e-commerce marketplaces (TikTok, Shopee, etc.).
● Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listing, pricing, stock inventory levels, system maintenance, setting up promotions and campaigns, and ensuring data accuracy.
● Update online stores and manage website content such as product thumbnails, web banners, stock levels, prices, and product details.
● Manage and execute online promotional campaigns, such as 11.11, 9.9, 8.8.
● Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize product display and promotion strategies.
● Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for growth, engagement, promotion, and conversion.
● Work closely with clients to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience through well-managed e-commerce operations.
● Generate performance reports and analyze data to improve sales and marketing strategies.
