1. E-Commerce Management
Lead and manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across Website, Shopee, and TikTok.
Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic, conversion rate, and online sales performance.
Handle escalated customer service cases to maintain exceptional service quality.
2. Product & Inventory Optimization
Oversee product listings, content quality, pricing strategies, and visibility across all platforms.
Coordinate with inventory and merchandising teams on stock planning, demand forecasting, and product availability.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to enhance product performance.
3. Livestream & Content Development
Strategize TikTok Live initiatives to boost traffic, engagement, and conversion.
Plan livestream calendars, scripts, product highlights, and performance improvement plans.
4. Order Fulfillment & Operations
Monitor daily fulfillment workflow and optimize processes for faster, more accurate order handling.
Work closely with logistics partners to improve delivery speed, reduce delays, and review courier performance.
5. Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team and platform account managers.
Manage vouchers, bundles, deals, Mega Campaign submissions, and platform-specific promotions.
Track campaign performance, ROI, and provide insights for continuous optimization.
6. Social Media & Brand Coordination
Guide content direction to maintain a consistent and strong digital brand presence.
Work with designers and marketing teams to develop impactful product-focused content.
7. Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, platform trends, and competitors.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with strategic recommendations.
Use insights to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
8. Cross-Functional Support
Lead or support e-commerce marketing projects, product launches, and initiatives that drive online revenue.
