A leading company is seeking an eCommerce Manager to drive online sales and enhance customer experience. The role involves overseeing platform management, strategizing for revenue growth, and leading marketing efforts across various channels. Candidates with at least 5-6 years of relevant experience in managing online platforms and strong leadership skills are encouraged to apply.
Lead and ensure the overall fulfilment process and highest consumer experience across all channels. Ensure all brand customer enquiries, including Facebook Messenger, are communicated effectively.
Ensure timely execution of promotions, such as aligning campaign calendars across various channels.
Work closely with the Brand team on stock forecasting and OTB to improve the overall fulfilment rate.
Ensure all product information, including pricing, promotions, stock levels, layout, images, and copywriting, is up-to-date and available for sale.
Collaborate with the Logistics Department on operational tasks such as logistics with 3PL providers and transporters to ensure smooth operations for the e-commerce business.
Consolidate sales and marketing data for weekly reporting and monthly presentations.
Manage special or regional projects as assigned.
Lead and develop the ecommerce function, operations, budget, and performance in the region.
Develop short- and long-term strategies for online sales revenue growth across all brands and channels, including local marketplaces and dot.com.
Initiate, own, and lead regional projects, such as new site launches and functionality enhancements, to drive adoption.
Drive regionally-led sales-focused campaigns across multiple countries, with a focus on full-priced selling.
Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align ecommerce strategies with broader company objectives.
Analyze campaign spend and goals to grow brand ecommerce market share.
Maintain relationships with marketplace Key Account Managers and establish Joint Business Plans to grow sales.
Work closely with the Marketing Team on content marketing activities and online campaign calendars.
Ensure marketplace branding, curated content, and visuals align with brand priorities and directions.
Partner with cross-functional teams including eCommerce, IT, Brand Merchandising, Finance, and Operations.
Serve as a market expert with insights into competitors, customers, and platform trends.
Lead onsite content strategies to drive traffic and optimize the shopping experience for higher conversion rates.
Prepare and present monthly sales and performance reports to management.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, eCommerce/Digital Marketing, or related fields.
At least 5-6 years of eCommerce experience managing in-house platforms and/or marketplace platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, etc.).
At least 5 years of experience in fashion, sporting goods, retail marketing, branding, or related fields.
Familiarity with footwear and apparel industries.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, leadership, problem-solving, and networking abilities. Good time-management skills.
Proficient in English; Mandarin skills are an advantage.
