Overview
The role drives Beiersdorf’s online growth across Omnichannel retailers and pureplayers in Malaysia. Responsible for executing online strategies to maximize GMV, visibility, conversion, and shopper engagement. The Executive works closely with Sales KAMs, E-trade Marketing, and Performance Marketing to ensure smooth campaign execution, store operations, and promotions. The role also supports analytics and reporting, turning performance data into actionable insights to strengthen both e-commerce and O+O growth.
Key Accountabilities
Commercial & Campaign Execution
- Support the planning and execution of commercial campaigns (e.g. 11.11, Brand Day, O+O activations) across omnichannel retailers and pureplayers.
- Coordinate with Sales KAMs and E-trade marketing teams to ensure promo mechanics, bundles, and price points are set up accurately.
- Monitor competitor activations within quick commerce and retail, providing timely insights for agile response.
Store Operations & Content Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of online storefronts in PandaMart and Shopee Mart, ensuring listings, images, and descriptions are optimized for visibility and conversion.
- Ensure Omnichannel partners’ e-stores (Watsons Online, Guardian Online) are up to date with correct product info, banners, and campaign visibility.
- Work closely with agency/platform reps to maintain a best-in-class store experience.
Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Track sales performance, campaign KPIs (traffic, conversion, GMV, ROI), and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Analyze shopper trends, basket sizes, and quick-commerce performance metrics to identify opportunities.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve assortment, pricing, and promotional ROI.
Omnichannel Support (O+O Integration)
- Execute online-to-offline (O+O) initiatives with retailers, ensuring digital campaigns also drive in-store purchase.
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing for cross-channel activations and ensure visibility alignment between offline shelves and online stores.
Customer Oriented
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with customers.
- Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organisation.
- Provide ongoing support to high value clients and ensure high quality customer service being delivered.
- Identify customer needs and opportunities by analysing sales gap & develop strategy to minimize or close gap.
- Familiar with e-platform sales operation in terms of SOP, timeline & possible execution mechanics.
- Possess very detailed e-commerce knowledge as well as through knowledge of overall FMCG business.
Derive and implement business process
- Leading & Ensure all NPL Listed on timely basis.
- Meeting company Account Receivable objective by maintaining healthy aging level.
Enhance sales activities to ensure cost and process efficiency
- Manage trade budget, A&P, trading term discussion within budget allocated.
- Ensure trade return rate within company’s objective, good market hygiene in the trade with FIFO practices.
- Maximizing ROI by evaluating incremental of sales and trade investment of each position monthly basis.
Your Profile
Key Requirements
- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in business development or other related fields
- At least 1 years’ experience in sales / marketing background highly preferably in from e-commerce background / FMCG
- Digital knowledge is an added advantage
- Analytical, business acumen, negotiation, customer-oriented, presentation, result-driven
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Good command in English both spoken and written
