E-Commerce Executive

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field.

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop is highly desirable.

As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our online presence across key e-commerce platforms. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and shape the future of our e-commerce strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
- E-Commerce Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. This involves meticulous product listing, strategic pricing implementation, and vigilant stock availability management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Order Fulfilment Excellence: Coordinate and supervise the entire order fulfilment process, from meticulous packing to ensuring timely delivery. Your attention to detail will guarantee customer satisfaction and contribute to our reputation for reliability.
- Customer Engagement and Support: Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt, professional, and helpful responses. You will address customer requests, resolve complaints, and deliver exceptional after-sales support, fostering customer loyalty and positive brand perception.
- Promotional Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and platform account managers to conceptualize and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and vouchers. Your ability to align strategies will maximize campaign effectiveness and drive sales.
- Campaign Execution and Analysis: Ensure the timely and accurate execution of marketing campaigns designed to boost traffic, sales, and conversion rates. Your analytical skills will be crucial in tracking campaign performance and identifying areas for optimization.
- Key Account Management: Support the end-to-end management of key e-commerce accounts and official stores, nurturing strong relationships and maximizing sales potential.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze daily sales, campaign performance, and store health metrics to identify trends and opportunities. Generate regular, insightful performance reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new product offerings to inform our strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
