E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive/Assistant
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to grow organic traffic and rankings
- Write and edit SEO-friendly content aligned with Google Helpful Content & E-E-A-T principles
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits using GA, GSC
- Optimise metadata, headers, URLs, images (names, sizes, alt text), and ensure fast load speeds
- Stay current on SEO trends, algorithm updates, SGE, and AI-driven search
- CMS & Website (Shopify / WordPress)
- Manage and update content, collections, and product listings (titles, pricing, images, descriptions)
- Check websites regularly for errors, broken links, or technical issues and flag for fixes
- Manage promotions (discount codes, bundles, seasonal offers)
- Monitor Shopify KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, refunds/returns) and provide insights
- Support SEO migrations (301 redirects, internal links, 404 checks, post-launch audits)
- SEM & Paid Media
- Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max
- Monitor and report on CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions
- Amazon & Marketplaces
- Maintain and optimise Amazon product listings (titles, keywords, imagery, A+ content)
- Place and manage Amazon Ads campaigns to drive sales and visibility
- Support new product launches and identify growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and WordPress (must-have)
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for SEO optimisation
- Proficiency in SEO/analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Skilled in managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax)
- Fluent in English and able to speak Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills
