Job description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-Commerce Designer to design and enhance our digital shopping experience across our website and marketplace platforms. You will play a key role in creating visuals that are not only on-brand but also optimized for user engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and maintain UI/UX for e-commerce websites (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
  2. Develop creative assets for product pages, landing pages, banners, email campaigns, and digital ads
  3. Design storefront visuals and promotional assets for online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)
  4. Collaborate with marketing, development, and content teams to ensure consistent brand communication
  5. Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to improve conversion rates
  6. Ensure all visuals are responsive, mobile-friendly, and optimized for speed and SEO
  7. Stay updated on e-commerce and design trends to continuously improve the customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Web Design, or related field
  2. 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital design
  3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
  4. Experience designing for Shopify, WooCommerce, or CMS platforms is an advantage
  5. Familiarity with Shopee & Lazada Seller Center, TikTok Shop backend is a plus
  6. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, layout, and colour theory
  7. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus
  8. Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
  1. Knowledge of SEO and web accessibility
  2. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or marketplace ad tools
