A leading company in the Malaysian retail industry seeks a Graphic Designer to create high-quality visuals for e-commerce platforms. This role involves collaborating with marketing to enhance brand consistency, optimize user experience, and support digital marketing strategies. Candidates should have a degree in Graphic Design or a related field and a strong command of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
Design high-quality graphics, banners, product images, and promotional materials for ecommerce
Create and optimize UI/UX elements for product listings, landing pages, and campaign
pages to increase customer engagement and conversions.
Ensure consistent branding across all e-commerce and digital materials, aligned with
current trends and campaign goals.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative assets for social media ads, email
marketing, web banners, and digital campaigns.
Translate marketing strategies into visual storytelling that supports key promotions,
product launches, and sales goals.
Work with developers and e-commerce managers to continuously improve website
layout, mobile responsiveness, and customer experience.
Conduct competitor research and trend analysis to maintain a cutting-edge design
approach.
Support A/B testing and performance reviews of design elements to drive datainformed
Assist in product and lifestyle photoshoots including setup, styling, and post-production
editing.
Shoot and edit short-form videos for product features, social media, and marketing
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, UI/UX, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital design, or performance marketing
design.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and design tools like
Figma or Canva.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, e-commerce customer behavior, and digital
Experience designing e-commerce marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and Zalora is
preferred.
Knowledge of digital marketing KPIs and how design impacts performance.
Skilled in photography for product and lifestyle shoots, including camera operation,
lighting, and composition.
Basic videography and editing skills, especially for social media formats (e.g., Instagram
Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for branding and customer
experience.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
