Job summary

Goodealbb Trading in Malaysia seeks a motivated student intern to assist with e-commerce operations, product postings, and content creation. You will schedule listings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and other social channels, while supporting photo editing and design tasks.

The role offers hands-on experience in online selling, customer inquiries, and promotions, with growth opportunities as you learn and contribute to campaigns and sales activities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing diploma/degree in business/marketing/e-commerce.
• Knowledgeable in photo editing using Canva/CapCut.
• Interested in e-commerce and online selling.
• Creative, responsible and eager to learn.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule product postings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and social media.
• Support content creation, including product posting, photo editing, and photo design.
• Assist in managing online shop and product listings.
• Support in handling customer inquiries and online orders.
• Assist in online promotions, campaigns, and sales activities.
• Monitor sales performance and engagement.
• Monitor online orders, coordinate with the warehouse team, and ensure timely fulfillment.
