A leading e-commerce company in Seremban, Malaysia, is looking for a skilled professional to develop and execute sales strategies on platforms like Shopee and Lazada. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce business development, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. This role offers an opportunity to drive growth and achieve results in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
-Develop and execute strategies to grow sales on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)
-Analyze platform trends, consumer behavior, and campaign data to optimize performance
-Build and maintain strong relationships with platform account managers, clients and influencers
-Work with marketing and product teams to launch promotions and drive traffic
-Prepare reports and track KPIs related to sales and growth targets
-Conducting market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities
-Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing campaigns to promote the company's e-commerce offerings
-Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content and optimize the e-commerce platform thru TikTok, Shopee, etc
-Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth
-Providing regular reports on business development activities and performance
-Coordinate with brand owner and internal department.
What we're looking for
-Proven experience in e-commerce business development or a similar sales role
-Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry, including trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive business growth
-Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms
