• Comfortable communicating in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient with basic computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and within a team.

Aufgaben

• Provide general administrative support for daily business activities.
• Assist with maintaining and updating company records, documents and information.
• Enter, organize and verify data to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with customer-related enquiries and follow up on outstanding issues when required.
• Support the coordination of orders, deliveries and other operational matters.
• Liaise with internal team members and external parties when necessary to support daily operations.
• Assist in monitoring and updating information across relevant online platforms.
• Help prepare and organize reports, records and supporting documents.
• Assist with customer returns, refunds and related documentation when required.
• Conduct basic research on products, competitors, market trends and business information.
• Assist with updating e-commerce and social media information when required.
• Organize internal knowledge, reference materials and AI learning resources.
• Assist with data validation and information checking to improve work accuracy.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by the team.
