Job Overview
As an E-Commerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our online store(s).
Work closely with Superior to ensure the smooth functioning of our digital storefront and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on our e-commerce platforms, including uploading product descriptions, images, stock inventory, and prices.
- Assist in the creation and execution of online marketing campaigns, including mailing and social media promotions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with Customers and Resellers.
- Follow up on sales and order processing.
- Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and drive organic traffic.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Minimum Requirements
- Min in Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Study/E-Commerce in Entrepreneurs or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as WordPress & WooCommerce.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Passion for e-commerce and a customer-centric mindset.
