Bellarista is a Malaysian fashion brand dedicated to redefining beauty, elegance, and confidence through its range of premium products and services. Established with a passion for quality, style and innovation, Bellarista has quickly grown into a trusted name among customers seeking sophisticated and reliable fashion solutions. Currently, we are looking for an E-Commerce Admin who is detail-oriented, organized and proactive to manage our daily operations across TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, and Website.
Responsibilities
Order & Customer Service
- Process and manage orders from TikTok Shop, Shopee, and website.
- Print airway bills, update tracking, and coordinate with the packing team.
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, comments, and DMs.
- Handle customer complaints, return/refund requests according to SOP.
Inventory & Product Listings
- Monitor stock availability and notify team for restock.
- Ensure product catalog is accurate and updated on all platforms.
- Inspect and record any damaged products (torn, loose stitching, defects).
- Coordinate with the production/repair team to fix or rework item (e.g., sewing, minor repairs).
- Update system or stock list to mark products as damaged, repaired, or non-sellable.
- Report product issues to owner/management for quality control.
- Ensure only good quality products are packed and delivered to customers.
TikTok
- Assist in planning and uploading TikTok content (feed & live).
- Support TikTok Live sessions (reply comments, prepare products).
- Monitor TikTok Shop performance (orders, ratings, reviews).
- Register products for TikTok campaigns (e.g., Payday Sale, 11.11, Raya).
- Set up product discounts, vouchers, and promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance and share reports with the team.
Shopee
- Manage product listings and updates on Shopee Seller Centre.
- Update vouchers, promotions, and campaign participation (e.g. 11.11, Payday).
- Post content on Shopee Feed and support Shopee Live sessions.
- Track shop performance and assist in monthly reports.
- Register for Shopee campaigns and upload required product details.
- Set product discounts, vouchers, and ensure campaigns run smoothly.
Website & Instagram
- Update website banners, landing pages, and product uploads (product listing, price and description).
- Assist in monitoring traffic, abandoned cart & sales reports.
- Support Instagram content posting (feed, reels, stories).
- Reply comments/DMs and help manage engagement.
Reporting & Admin
- Prepare daily/weekly sales, inventory, customer and performance reports.
- Keep records of customer feedback, refunds, and product quality issues.
- Support other admin tasks when needed.
Requirements – E-Commerce Admin
- Minimum SPM qualification. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, E-Commerce, Communication, or related fields is an advantage.
- 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, administration, customer service, or online business (experience in fashion industry is a plus).
- Passion for fashion, online shopping, and digital trends.
- Familiar with platforms such as: Shopee Seller Centre, TikTok Shop, Instagram & Facebook
- Microsoft Office / Google Sheets (Excel for reports & inventory)
- Basic knowledge of online store management (order processing, listing updates, Shopee/TikTok campaigns).
- Strong communication skills for handling customer chats, DMs, and comments.
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus points if you have experience with: Supporting TikTok Live / Shopee Live sessions, Basic content editing (CapCut, Canva), A good interest in fashion is an added advantage.
