Description:
The E-commerce Operations Executive will be responsible for managing daily financial and inventory operations to support smooth business processes. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily customer invoicing and ensure accurate documentation.
- Manage purchase orders, ensuring timely order placements and follow-ups.
- Maintain inventory records, including stock levels, product updates, and restocking schedules.
- Prepare and issue credit notes when required.
- Handle bank payments and monitor receivables.
- Ensure all payments received are properly recorded and reconciled.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and stock management.
- Provide administrative support for accounting and finance tasks.
