Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Asia Pacific is seeking a Dynamics CRM Developer in Malaysia. You will complete development tasks, design technical artifacts, and support testing and user training across CRM projects.

Proficiency in .NET, SQL Server, Power Platform and SSRS is required, with experience across Sales, Marketing and Service modules and strong communication for effective collaboration.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, plugins and customizations.
• Strong knowledge of .NET, SQL Server, Power Platform and SSRS.
• Experience across CRM Sales, Marketing and Service modules.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• End-to-end CRM implementations across multiple CRM versions.
• Familiar with deploying across environments using Jira/Azure DevOps tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned development tasks within defined timelines.

Job Title:

Dynamics CRM Developer

Expectations from the Role

• To complete assigned development tasks in defined timeline
• To prepare technical design and related documentation
• Unit testing, Support system and user acceptance testing, Support User training

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Extremely sound in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, Plug-in’s, custom workflows, Java scripts, web resources, integrations development
• Sound knowledge in core .NET technology, SQL Server, Power Platform, and SSRS
• Proficient on CRM Functional areas in Sales Force Automation, Marketing automation and Service management functionality
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365
• Types of Solutions and Deployments to various environments
• Must have worked in Jira/Azure Boards, TFS/Git

Good-to-Have

• Ability to create high-quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
