Job summary

Annata, based in Malaysia, seeks a Dynamics F&O Support Developer to join the APAC support team. You will diagnose and fix tickets, debug code in X++ and C#, and collaborate with Partners and Customers on BAU tasks. You will work under the Regional Support Manager within a global support structure.

Responsibilities include testing fixes, providing estimates, and ensuring SLA-aligned delivery while maintaining thorough documentation and clear customer communication. A365 experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of developer experience.
• Proficient in X++ and C#.
• Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server and database concepts.
• Experience designing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 application.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Debug, isolate root causes and implement fixes for Dynamics F&O and Annata A365 tickets.
• Complete internal acceptance testing of fixes and solutions.
• Provide effort estimates for work items.
• Handle partner and customer tickets efficiently.
• Follow support processes and replicate issues from documentation.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
