Qualifications

• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Energetic, sales-driven, and engaging personality.
• Experience in live streaming / sales / retail is a plus.
• Familiar with TikTok trends and e-commerce platforms.
• At least 2-3 videos posting per week.
• Language skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, and other platforms.
• Demonstrate products and explain features, benefits, and promotions.
• Engage with viewers, answer questions, and encourage purchases.
• Achieve live streaming KPIs: sales, GMV, viewers, engagement, conversion.
• Prepare product knowledge before each live session.
• Follow schedules and campaign requirements.
• Maintain brand-consistent, energetic image during live sessions.
• Plan and publish engaging short-form videos for TikTok and Shopee.
• Participate in video shooting and content production.
• Collaborate with marketing and wholesale teams on content strategy.
• Ensure content aligns with branding and marketing objectives.
• Build a professional image on social media and grow followers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and viral content.
• Become a trusted product expert through consistent content creation.
• Aim to achieve monthly sales and live streaming targets.
• Monitor content and live performance metrics and improve quality.
