HR Success Trading & Services is seeking a high-energy Live Host to engage audiences across e-commerce platforms and convert views into sales. You will present products, drive live sessions, and work toward revenue targets with a transparent commission and bonus structure.

The role emphasizes dynamic audience interaction, platform familiarity (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live), product storytelling, and post-session performance review to optimize GMV and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve sales KPIs: Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company during livestream sessions
• Host livestream sessions: Conduct engaging live broadcasts on platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee Live
• Product presentation: Showcase product features, demonstrate usage, and highlight key benefits to build customer trust and drive immediate purchases
• Audience engagement: Actively interact with viewers by responding to comments, answering product queries, and maintaining a high level of stream energy
• Pre and post-stream strategy: Study product highlights beforehand, prepare talking points, and analyze post-live sales metrics (conversion rates, GMV) to continuously improve performance
