Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; prior experience in F&B or retail preferred.
• Strong customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations including food/beverage prep and cashier duties.
• Handle inventory control, stock levels and ordering as needed.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Deliver a positive customer experience and accurate cash handling.
