You will manage the full content workflow from ideation to on-site filming and post-production using CapCut and Canva. Ideal candidates are entry-level or fresh graduates with a strong creative vision, solid time management, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Creative Media, Business, or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Hands‑on experience with CapCut and Canva for content creation.
• Strong creative vision, time management, and communication skills.
• Portfolio link or samples showing video editing, design, or social media work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos and graphics for social media.
• Draft captions and schedule posts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Threads.
• Monitor trends and adapt content to keep brand messaging fresh.
• Engage with communities, respond to comments, and boost audience interaction.
• Analyze analytics (reach, engagement, views) to improve strategy.
