A healthcare facility in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Duty Nurse Administrator to manage and coordinate nursing services ensuring high quality patient care. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in nursing, be registered with the Nursing Board of Malaysia, and possess strong leadership skills to supervise staff and meet service excellence. Responsibilities include maintaining patient relationships, supporting staff welfare, and participating in emergency planning.
A Duty Nurse Administrator plays a critical role in managing and coordinating nursing services to ensure high quality patient care.
Provide departmental direction, supervision, and coordination of activities.
Maintain strong relationships with staff, patients, and families to ensure service excellence.
Supervise night shift personnel, serving as after-hours resource and support.
Support both administrative and medical duties as required.
Promote staff welfare and provide counseling when necessary.
Participate in emergency response planning and readiness.
Minimum 5 years' experience.
Registered with Nursing Board of Malaysia.
If candidate have degree/post basic would be an added advantage.
