Career Opportunities: Duty Manager (Domestic Operations) (21797)

Duty Manager is responsible for working within the AeroDarat Sdn. Bhd team to promote and achieve safe, timely, and efficient station management and ground handling for our contractual customer airlines. This role must be carried out in accordance with AeroDarat, regulatory department, and customer airline policies, standard operating procedures (SOP), and service level agreements (SLA). The position requires working in a safe, secure, professional, and cost-effective manner while ensuring all assets are handled with care.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Maintain the highest level of safety and security for all ground handling activities in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  2. Enforce compliance with established standards through high productivity and efficiency among Supervisors and Officers. Monitor and evaluate the performance of resources including new hires, vendors, and part-time staff, escalating non-conformance to management for follow-up and improvement.
  3. Authorize, monitor, and control all related claims, payments, staff overtime, and related costs, in accordance with company CAAP standards and procedures.
  4. Plan and coordinate the day’s flights, anticipating potential issues and preparing appropriate mitigation measures.
  5. Monitor operational performance in accordance with the company's KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience

Degree in a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience in ground handling.
