Service Manager - Duty Engineer

We are looking for Duty Engineer.

As a Duty Engineer, we rely on you to:

1. Manage, coach and supervise the engineering technicians.
2. Ensure all equipment runs smoothly at all times.
3. Carry out and prioritise emergency work requests.
4. Support engineering projects through planning, supervision and execution.
5. Support the audit and training programmes.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

1. Has a Diploma or Certificate in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or Marine Engineering.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
3. Communicates with fluency in English (and the local language).
4. Is solution-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Has strong interpersonal, communication and organisation skills.
6. Is a motivator, self-starter and a team player.
7. Is willing to work shifts.
