Work you’ll do

  • Lead benchmarking projects across databases, driving initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Develop process maps and checklists to ensure high-quality benchmarking deliverables.
  • Draft, review, and update both existing and new reports.
  • Support key activities through factual reviews, financial analyses, and contract evaluations.
  • Proactively identify and propose process improvements, pursue automation opportunities, and implement approved changes with a consistent, forward-thinking approach.
  • Assist with quantitative analysis and modeling for tax planning and policy projects.
  • Oversee work allocation, team management, and resource planning in collaboration with managers, senior managers, or partners as required.
  • Mentor, train, and share knowledge with team members, including updates on case laws, news, and industry articles.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting/ Economics/ Taxation/ Law from recognized universities or any professional qualification in similar disciplines.
  • Between 6-9 years of transfer pricing work experience, preferably with another professional services firm or delivery centre of industry players.
  • Knowledge and experience of data analytics would be preferred, but not a must.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Leadership and people management skills; able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Working knowledge of typical transfer pricing databases like TP Catalyst (BvD), Onesource, etc.
