Work you’ll do

• Review and manage the preparation of tax documents, such as the Singapore individual tax returns, employer’s returns of employee’s remuneration and tax computations, and work with the team to ensure timely submission of tax returns.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates, providing guidance and feedback on tax filings.
• Liaise with the IRAS on various administrative procedures including the request for status of tax payments, tax returns, etc.
• Liaise with the overseas offices as well as clients/individuals to collate the information for purpose of preparing the Singapore individual tax returns.

Requirements

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines such as Accounting/Finance or Professional Qualification (ICAEW/ACCA/MIA/MICPA).
• Mininum 4 years of working experience for Senior Associate & 6 years for Assistant Manager.
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess good organizational skills and able to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines.
• Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
• Prior experience in managing junior team members/leading a team.
