Job description

Job Responsibility

• Oversee and manage all drone and equipment repair and maintenance tasks with professionalism, ensuring high levels of operational performance, safety, and service quality.
• Supervise and evaluate technical staff, foster a culture of accountability, and conduct hands-on training to develop technical expertise and professional work ethics.
• Continuously improve maintenance processes, service workflows, and fleet management systems to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Work collaboratively and professionally with cross-functional teamsâincluding R&D, after-sales, and product departmentsâto deliver field performance feedback and technical insights.
• Lead the warranty claim and reliability reporting process, ensuring timely and transparent communication for product improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain complete, organized, and professionally documented records of all repairs, parts usage, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Supervise drone spraying operations on-site with a professional approach to quality control, precision, and responsiveness in troubleshooting.
• Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner to understand their needs, provide technical support, and recommend relevant solutions or enhancements.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline such as Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 1 to 3 years of direct experience in drone repair, field operations, or technical servicing; prior leadership or supervisory exposure is a plus.
• Experience with agricultural drones, especially DJI Agras models, is strongly preferred.
• Solid skills in diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and software issues in drone systems.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and team development capabilities.
• Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused when resolving technical problems.
• Possesses a valid driverâs license and willing to travel for on-site servicing and support.
• Able to work in physically demanding outdoor environments such as plantations and agricultural fields.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin will be considered an added advantage.
