A minimum of 2 years in people or project management in drone/agriculture sectors is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in people management or project management.
• Experience in Drone/Agriculture Industry preferred.
• Relevant tertiary education in Engineering/Aviation/Agriculture/Management.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and CAD 6011 (II) Agricultural UAS Operations requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and measure the operational efficiency of staff daily.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects.
• Formulate project parameters and assign responsibilities accordingly.
• Interact with clients to interpret needs and represent them in the field.
• Perform quality control on budgets, schedules, and personnel performance.
• Collaborate with operations to improve project methods and profitability.
• Review tasks and initiate corrective actions.
• Create frameworks to measure project metrics and data collection.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, policies and specifications.
