The Driver Onboarding team plays an important role to onboard Driver and Delivery Partners. Our mission? Seamless onboarding experience. We are a team that ensures supply stability, supports driver success and embraces innovation.
Get to Know the Role
You will focus on improving the driver onboarding funnel through data analysis and operational improvement projects to ensure we meet Driver/Delivery Partner activation targets and maintain service quality. You will help identify bottlenecks, designing interventions, and collaborating with teams to improve conversion. Project management may include process optimization and explore avenues to overcome regulatory hurdles, and working with teams. You will report to Assistant Manager, Driver Onboarding and based in Petaling Jaya.
