Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Driver Supervisor to assist management in resolving driver-related issues, ensure daily truck utilization, and coordinate timely deliveries to clients.

The role includes training drivers on SOPs, monitoring performance, maintaining records, and supporting route planning and operational strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and documentation.
