• Service the assigned sales line regularly.
• Conduct sales transactions as per the 7 Steps.
• Attend to customer complaints and tele-orders promptly.

Job Summary: Ensure the Sales Line Assigned is serviced regularly and collection is done promptly

Job Description

• Follow the routing in handheld and have to visit all customers as per schedule.
• Follow the 7 Steps when conducting sales transactions:
  1. Greet customer & scan barcode
  2. Check stock & return
  3. Take order
  4. Deliver stock
  5. Collection
  6. Merchandising
  7. Thank customer & log out handheld
• Retain a copy of Tax Invoice, Receipt & Goods Return Note for submission.
• Ensure Goods Return Note has customer’s rubber stamp.
• Attend to customer complaints & tele-orders within 24 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Be at loading area & submit stock request to Loading Head by 7:30 am each day.
• Unload & arrange stocks on the pallets as per company’s requirement.
• Ensure returned stocks are segregated & displayed separately.
• Check & load the final quantity into respective vehicle before heading out for sales.
• Ensure acknowledged copy of Verification Report is handed to respective Branch Manager/Executive.
