Job summary

FM MULTIMODAL SERVICES SDN BHD in Kuching is seeking an experienced Lorry Driver to join our logistics team. You will transport goods safely from the warehouse to designated locations, with a focus on reliability and compliance.

The position requires good physical health, the ability to load/unload, and clear basic English/Malay communication with customers. Working hours are standard Monday to Friday with incentives and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid GDL License and a clean driving record.
• Familiar with routes in Kuching.
• Good physical health and stamina, able to handle loading/unloading tasks.
• Punctual, honest, and high sense of responsibility.
• Able to communicate basic English/Malay with customers.

Responsibilities

• Safe Driving: Deliver goods to customers/locations safely and strictly adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
• Loading & Unloading: Assist in loading goods into the lorry and unloading them at the delivery destinations. (Note: You will be working alongside a Driver Attendant).
• Vehicle Maintenance: Inspect the lorry daily (oil, water, tyres, brakes) before driving. Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs immediately.
• Documentation: Ensure all delivery orders (DO) and invoices are properly signed and stamped by customers, and return them to the office daily.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: RM 1,800 + Trip Incentives

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM & Sat, 8:30 AM - 1:00PM
