Job description

We are seeking a responsible, punctual, and trustworthy Personal Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for the managing director and their family.The driver must be willing to report to Cyberjaya, where the family resides. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient travel, maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, and respect the privacy and confidentiality of the employer at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily transportation for the employer

Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off for work, meetings, appointments, and family errands

Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of the vehicles

Perform regular checks, schedule maintenance, and arrange for repairs when necessary

Observe all traffic laws and road safety regulations

Handle occasional errands, deliveries, or collections as required

Maintain a log of daily trips, fuel, tolls, and maintenance

Be flexible with work hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays

Requirements:

Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or appropriate class)

Minimum 3 years of driving experience, preferably as a personal or corporate driver

Clean driving record and no criminal background

Familiarity with routes around the Klang Valley

Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of employer’s privacy

Physically fit and well-presented

Punctual, responsible, and flexible with working hours

Basic proficiency in Malay AND English

Additional Information:

Salary: Commensurate with experience (with possible overtime allowance)
