Job description

Provide secure and timely transportation for the Deputy GCEO to meetings, events and any other business-related locations.

Ensure the assigned vehicle is maintained in excellent condition.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality about sensitive discussions and documents that may be discussed during transport.

Always follow local traffic laws, speed limits, and driving regulations.

Know how to handle basic vehicle issues like a flat tire, dead battery, or other minor breakdowns and arrange for appropriate repairs when necessary.

Ensure timely arrival and departure according to the set schedule.

Monitor fuel levels and refuel the vehicle as needed, ensuring the vehicle does not run out of fuel during operations.

Job Requirements:

A valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle being driven e.g. class D.

A minimum of 3–5 years of professional driving experience.

Ability to communicate effectively.

Excellent knowledge of local and regional roads, alternate routes, and GPS systems.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently, including managing last-minute schedule changes or unexpected delays.

Maintain a professional, neat appearance at all times.
