Job description

We are currently looking for a dedicated and reliable personal driver to serve the CEO of our company.

Candidate Requirements:

• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Candidates must possess at least SPM
• Must have a valid driving license with a clean driving record
• Familiar with using navigation apps such as Waze or Google Maps
• Punctual, trustworthy, well-groomed, and presentable
• Able to communicate clearly and follow instructions well

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the CEO for daily work-related matters including meetings, external appointments, and official visits
• Provide pick-up and drop-off services for the CEO’s family members during working hours, when required
• Ensure the CEO’s vehicle is always clean and in good condition — hand washing the car when time permits, or sending it for a car wash when necessary
• Bring the vehicle to the workshop for routine maintenance and servicing as scheduled
• Ensure road tax, insurance, and any relevant documents are renewed and up to date
• Plan routes efficiently and be punctual while ensuring a smooth and safe journey
• Willing to work overtime if required, and available for occasional weekend duties based on company or family needs
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times, and conduct oneself with professionalism and integrity
