Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD with proven drafting skills.
Preferably 1 year of experience in technical sales and marketing in the construction industry.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

We are an engineering company seeking a Drafter responsible for preparing technical drawings and plans, interpreting design specifications, collaborating with engineers and project teams, and ensuring drawings meet industry standards and project requirements.

What will you be doing?

Produce detailed shop drawings, layout plans, and technical schematics based on engineering inputs and project specifications.
Assist engineers and project managers by converting concepts and sketches into formal CAD drawings.
Revise and update drawings based on site changes, client feedback, and engineering modifications promptly and accurately.
Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant industry codes, company standards, and project requirements.
Coordinate with engineering, project, and site teams to gather input and clarify design intent.
Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to cultivate a continuous improvement mindset.
Deliver results within the value system of EITA, emphasizing the importance of EITA's values and behavioral expectations.

Are you the one?

Possess a Technical Certificate/Diploma, Advanced Education, or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD, including proven drafting skills.
Preferably 1 year of experience in technical sales and marketing in the construction industry.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Able to meet deadlines and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
