Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Able to read, understand, translate, and prepare conceptual drawings/designs into detailed shop drawings and construction drawings.
• Review sketches, drawings, specifications, and other site information received from respective Project Managers/Construction Managers to ensure conformance to shop drawings.
• Ensure that shop drawing submissions are clear, accurate, and comply with client requirements.
• Able to meet tight schedules for submissions.
• Prepare as-built drawings for various projects (new or existing) for submission.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Draughtsman/Architecture/Interior Design Certificate with proficiency in AUTOCAD.
• Required Skills: Advanced AUTOCAD skills, MS Office (Excel, Word), or other graphic presentation tools.
• Experience in preparing shop drawings and detailing is an advantage.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Able to work independently and self-motivated.
