Job description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible in CAD drafting/BIM modelling and design support. Create, edit and update CAD drawings. Review and ensure all drawings comply with the design, standards, codes of practice & etc. Work with project team and sub-contractors to produce/alter drawings. Conduct on-site visits, measurements and surveys (if required) to support accurate drafting. Complete printing and plotting requests. Support project team in technical studies and technical specification compliance.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Architecture / BIM or equivalent; (fresh graduate with knowledge AutoCAD/BIM/Revit can apply). Experience in AutoCAD/Revit/BIM drafting. Understanding of MEP/HVAC Systems (advantage). Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Ms Office, Revit. Candidate must be self‑initiative, responsible, self‑discipline, able to work independently, fast learner, positive working attitude and able to work under minimum supervision. Immediate vacancy available.
