Position: Drafter - Johor

Project Type: Industrial Building – Data Centre

Employment Type: Permanent

The Role:

As a Drafter, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects. Working closely with design teams, consultants, and project stakeholders, you’ll be responsible for producing accurate drawings and ensuring that design intent is clearly communicated and executed as planned

The Responsibility:

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software.
• Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and technical documentation to create precise project plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to incorporate design changes and updates.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines.
• Assist in estimating materials and project costs based on drafted designs.
• Maintain organized project documentation, version control, and revisions.
• Support project coordination efforts by communicating with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Perform quality checks to identify and correct errors in drawings before submission.
• Stay up to date with latest drafting techniques, tools, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in technical drafting, engineering design, or related field.
• Software Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software..
