Job Responsibilities-
The
Dormitory Warder plays a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facilities maintenance support service department. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the efficient delivery of services to customers.
The
Dormitory Warder is responsible for coordinating and optimizing resources, managing personnel and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Job Description: –
- Address customer requests or feedback promptly; if unable to resolve the issue, promptly notify a superior.
- Notify the dormitory administrator when tenants or residents provide feedback or file a complaint about an issue.
- Support in organizing the visit for both visitors and auditors.
- Handling emergency case during working hours.
- Submit a daily report prior to the end of the shift.
- Audit Resident unit every month and prepare monthly audit report to verified by Dormitory Admin.
- Distribute parcel, key & resident badge ID and setting resident thumbprint at turnstile.
- Organize items for new resident registration, including move-in and move-out processes.
- Assist the pest control supplier during the service.
- Conduct an audit of the first aid unit, generate the report, and deliver it to the customer.
- Support in registering new residents according to the established procedure.
- Check the Hostel Management System (HMS) for any request from management or customer.
- Update residence work permit, passport, and availability status to Hostel Management
System (HMS)
- Assist Dormitory Coordinator organizing all internal dormitory activities and events, including monthly assemblies, fire drills, and seasonal gift distributions.
- Organize the quarantine process for residents.
- Will check suggestion box fortnightly.
- Assist in organize activities for Nationality Leader.
- Monitor office tasks and communicate issues to the Dormitory Admin.
- Update keep all documents and ensure proper filing at server.
Job Requirement: –
- Minimum 1 years working experiences in operation field or dormitory service in advance.
- Experience in hostel management as supervisor level
- At least 1 years working experience in customer service.
- SPM /STPM
- Basic computerized skills to use one or more of the following applications
- Basic knowledge of dormitory service.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Critical- Thinking skills.
- Customer service skills
- Other nationality language as advance.
Working Location:
No. 2, Jalan SILC 4/1,Kawasan Perindustrian SILC, 79200 Iskandar Puteri, Johor. Work assignments may vary from time to time.
