Job summary

World Vision Malaysia is seeking a Donor Retention Associate to build strong supporter relationships and drive donor retention through proactive engagement, personalised care and timely follow up. You will ensure sponsors and donors feel valued and trusted in our mission.

You will manage outbound outreach via phone, WhatsApp and other channels, respond to enquiries, and coordinate with teams to deepen donor engagement and maximise ongoing support for vulnerable children and communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or donor servicing is required.
• Strong communication via phone, WhatsApp, email.
• Ability to handle donor concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Proactive donor retention and engagement through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Respond to sponsor and donor enquiries with accurate information.
• Strengthen long-term donor engagement and identify giving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate supporter records and ensure follow-up actions.
