JOB DESCRIPTION> Be in tune with key product developments and market trends to execute sales forecasting, manage inventory turnover and develop strategies to achieve divisional goals
> Proactively supports and encourage any promotional activity within the store and contribute to an effective working environment
> Work closely with colleagues across the different departments which includes Customer Support, HR, Finance, Marketing, Compliance, Operations team to ensure smooth execution of the various
> Lead, develop and motivate a team of staff to attain a high level of customer service and sales performance
> Directly supervises all team members to ensure they are in compliance with established store policies and procedures
> Perform any other duties as assigned by Function Head
