The company is located inJohor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.

Salary Range: RM4000-RM7000

Key Responsibilities

Data Supervisions:

  • Implement and maintain a comprehensive document control system for all data centre documentation, including technical specifications, operating procedures, and compliance records
  • Create and maintain documentation tracking systems, ensuring version control and proper distribution of updated documents
  • Review, index, and file all incoming and outgoing technical documentation
  • Manage the document lifecycle from creation through to archival or disposal
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely document updates and approvals
  • Maintain digital and physical document repositories following security protocols
  • Conduct regular audits of documentation systems to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Generate regular reports on documentation status and compliance metrics
  • Train staff on document control procedures and systems
  • Support external audits by preparing and presenting required documentation

Assistant to Deputy Director

  • Manage Deputy Director's schedule, appointments, and meetings
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information and maintain discretion
  • Organize and maintain departmental files and records
  • Take minutes in meetings and follow up on action items
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data center operations
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and operations
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
