Job summary

A leading global automotive firm is seeking a Document Control Specialist to manage documentation and ensure compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have at least a minimum SPM qualification and 2-5 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. This role is based in Kulai, Malaysia, offering a salary range of RM2000 - RM3500.

  • Support departments with document retrieval and provide timely updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track document status.
