(Salary range is dependent on level of experience.)

Normal working hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Appointment Management:

  1. Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring an efficient and organized schedule for the doctor.
  2. Handle cancellations, rescheduling, and reminders to optimize the doctor’s availability.
  3. Prioritize appointments based on urgency and patient needs.
  4. Answer phone calls, emails, and messages from patients regarding appointments, treatments, and follow-up inquiries.
  5. Provide general information to patients about procedures, treatments, and preparation instructions for their visits.

Clinical Assistance (As needed):

  1. Assist with patient intake and basic clinical duties, such as preparing exam rooms and taking vital signs (depending on the medical practice).
  2. Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office or treatment area.

Other Administrative Tasks:

  1. Assist with general administrative duties as required, such as typing reports, making photocopies, and handling various correspondence.
  2. Provide any additional support to the doctor as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent, or higher.

Skills:

  1. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  2. The candidate must have strong IT skills.
  3. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  4. MUST be able to speak and write in English.
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
