Flextronics - The Flex Company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR professional to support recruitment and talent management as the company spins off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into Axiom. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, candidate engagement, and interview coordination, ensuring parity and efficiency in our hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
• Requires minimum 8 years in Human Resources or related experience.
• Prior experience in handling end-to-end foreign worker hiring will be an added advantage.
• Strategic & result-oriented thinking; Good leadership, especially good at communication and empower subordinates.

Responsabilités

• Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials for vacancies.
• Screen and shortlist candidates, liaise with agencies, and coordinate interviews with hiring manager.
• Respond to enquiries from candidates and agencies about recruitment activities and status of vacancies while maintaining privacy standards.
• Contact candidates, arrange interview times and develop interview questions with the hiring manager.
• Interview, check references and recommend the most qualified candidates.
• Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on selection criteria and policies.

Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission‑critical applications.

What a typical day looks like

• Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards and business needs so that potential job applicants have the information they need to decide whether, and how to apply for a vacant position.
• Screen and shortlist candidates, liaise with agencies, and coordinate interviews with hiring manager.
• Respond to enquiries from candidates, hiring managers and external recruitment agencies about the organization’s recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies so that interested parties are kept informed without compromising the organization’s standards of privacy and confidentiality.
• Contact candidates, arrange interview times and develop appropriate interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager so that interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably.
• Interview, check references and recommend most qualified candidates
• Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job’s pre‑established selection criteria and the organization’s recruitment policies.
• Prepare job offer materials in accordance with the agreed job specifications so that successful candidates have all the information they need to decide whether to accept the position.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its recruitment activities.
