Distribution Manager

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer service.
- Optimize and coordinate the entire order cycle, enhancing business development and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to secure the most effective contracts.
- Monitor and manage inventory, delivery times, transport costs, and workflow efficiency.
- Develop and implement warehouse strategies, optimize route planning, and ensure prompt shipment processing.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise swiftly and professionally.
- Lead, motivate, and train a dedicated warehouse team to excel in their roles.
- Achieve performance goals by analyzing data to drive process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in a distribution management role with proven leadership capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in logistics and warehouse management software.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
