Job description

We're seeking a motivated Dispatch/ Van Driver to assist our operations team by handling the dispatch of letters, documents, company products, and equipment, ensuring timely deliveries, and supporting general office functions.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Drive vehicles for the conveyance of staff/guests, materials, and equipment in connection with the activities of the Company.
2. Run official errands, including dispatch of correspondence & documents and collection of materials, correspondence, and documents related to the Company.
3. Regularly clean and wash vehicles to maintain tidiness and ensure they are in good running condition.
4. Responsible for vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed.
5. Ensure safekeeping of vehicle keys and secure vehicles after work.
6. Carry out simple maintenance tasks and effect minor repairs in case of breakdowns.
7. Assist passengers and staff with loading/unloading, movement, and handling of parcels, documents, materials, and equipment.
8. Undertake special assignments and other ad-hoc duties as required by the Company.

Job Requirements:
