• Collect and deliver mail, documents, parcels, and other items to clients.
• Run general errands, including banking and post office deliveries.
• Obtain signatures upon delivery or collection.

Job description

Collect and deliver mail, documents, parcels and other items to clients, government offices, banks, or other places as instructed within the timeline given;

Run general errands such as banking, post office deliveries, and procurement of office supplies when required;

Obtain signatures and documentation upon delivery or collection to ensure proper tracking;

Willing to do other assigned duties when required.

Job requirements:

Diploma, SPM or equivalent;

Must possess a valid Driving Licence (Class D) and Motorcycle Licence (Class B2);

Must possess own transportation (either motorcycle or car)

Able to operate mobile apps such as WhatsApp, GPS, Waze, or other location-based services;

Willing to work both in the office and on the road, including travel within Klang Valley or outstations assignments;

Must adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies while driving;

Responsible, hardworking, and demonstrates a positive working attitude;

Mature, in good health, punctual, honest and with good attendance record.
