The Global Supply Chain Planning Team is responsible for translating the regional demand streams into an executable supply plan. The Team works closely with our Contract Manufacturer(s) to provide a forecast and ensure timely delivery of goods into the regional distribution centers. Supply requirements are moderated by the Team to ensure that inventory positions are appropriate to meet the demand requirements relative to; product lifecycle, inventory on order and in transit, finished goods and inventory quality. Decisions regarding whether a SKU is a BTS, BTO or CTO are made by this Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage material global data integrity internally and with supplier partners
  • Ensure annual revenue attainment through supply assurance and Strategic Inventory
  • Own materials business processes regarding ERP and Supplier Collaboration
  • Own execution of Global rework process across multiple functions
  • Support global purchasing team through supply assurance team
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to Managers and individual contributors in the materials teams
  • Set policy and standards regarding material management
  • Own Global measurement system for material operations
  • Own Strategic Inventory process ensuring revenue and mitigating liability
  • Own Supplier Collaboration tool process for operations
  • Provide input to sourcing decision
  • Bridge to Procurement Commodity teams regarding strategic decisions and Supply Assurance
  • Supervise interactions for Quality, Delivery and Cost with EMS

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 12 or more years experience including minimum 5 years management experience
  • Strong breadth in Materials management experience including Purchasing, Planning (Strategic & Tactical), Warehousing, Logistics and Manufacturing
  • International supply chain experience
  • Materials management experience in Engineer to Order, Build to Stock, Build to Order, Assemble to Order supply chain strategies
  • Contract Manufacturing experience including contract management
  • Experience leading a global team
  • Experience with multiple million dollar operating budgets and finances
