This is a great opportunity to join the Integrated Supply Chain Finance Global Process Team (iscGPT) to transform the way we work at BD.

iscGPT is a global organization that provides financial & operational services across BD and serves as a driver for process standardization, optimization, and service excellence by centrally managing end-to-end processes.

This Director of Finance position will be the Global Process Owner (GPO) for all financial supply chain planning processes across the BD network. They will help lead, design, model, deliver, monitor, and innovate the global end-to-end ISC finance planning process across BD’s Integrated Supply Chain function comprising of Procurement, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

The Supply Chain Finance Planning GPO at BD plays a critical role in optimizing financial planning processes across the global supply chain. This position ensures financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning align with BD’s mission to advance healthcare technology. The GPO collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance financial visibility, improve decision-making, and support long-term supply chain strategies that drive operational excellence and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Process Ownership: Design and develop and standardize global financial processes tailored to BD’s supply chain as it pertains to supply chain planning, inventory management and E+O.
  • Financial Forecasting: Lead demand planning, budgeting, and financial modeling to support BD’s supply chain decisions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with supply chain planning, finance, procurement, and operations teams to align financial planning with BD’s business goals.
  • Data & Analytics: Utilize financial data to drive insights, improve forecasting accuracy, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Risk Management: Identify financial risks in supply chain planning and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Technology & Automation: Work with IT teams to implement digital tools for financial planning and reporting.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, corporate policies, and internal controls.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements and best practices to optimize financial planning efficiency within BD’s operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain finance, financial planning, or related roles within the MedTech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Self-driven, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, curious, and seeks continuous improvement of self and others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix, challenging environment with strong attention to detail

Salary range information: $169,700.00 - $305,700.00 USD Annual. Salary ranges may vary by location and role.
